Case Packers:
Pick and place case packing is available in monobloc form with a maximum speed of 500 cases per hour or with separate erecting , packing and sealing machines up to 2,500 cases per hour.
Palletisers:
The CP-G semi-automatic robot palletiser with a footprint of only 7sqm can also be optioned into a fully-automatic machine. Suitable for slower production lines.
The Compact-Pal layer palletiser with a footprint of just 7sqm and a production speed up to 150 layers/h can handle any kind of container, including cases, open trays, display cases, cans etc in any conceivable layer pattern. Quick and tool free change-over. Touch screen with simple and user friendly operating menu. Options such as pallet roller conveyors, automatic pallet magazine, layer-card inserter, shuttle for double palletising line , automatic pallet stretch wrapper etc are available.
The CP-V is designed for cases, trays or bundles of product. The product infeed and layer collation table is at 2,400mm from the floor and during the palletising process the pallet remains at low level. The system can have single, double or triple infeed, the complete layer is formed on the collation table by 2 independently driven pushing bars. The system can be equipped also with a 2 or 3 position pallet shuttle for multi-product palletising.
Modular design and compact dimensions make the CP-V a flexible solution for single or multiple line palletising for any kind of product.

Depalletisers:
The Depal-S series sweep-off depalletisers are designed to handle any kind of container palletised on a flat layer-pad or inverted tray. The machines are available in various configurations both semi or completely automatic for production speed from 40 up to 140 layers/h. Options available are pallet transport system, tray or layer-pad removing, tray magazine and empty pallet magazine.
The Depal-L series depalletisers are designed for lifting complete layers of containers from a pallet and placing them onto a conveyor for transferring to downstream machines.
The lifting system can be with inflatable membranes and vacuum plate of magnetic type. Models available are Depal-L 40 for medium and low production speed and Depal-L 130 for higher performance (up to 130 layers/h). Typical applications are for depalletising bottles, jars and plastic containers. Options available are pallet transport system, tray or layer-pad removing, tray magazine, empty pallet magazine.
APE:
Semi-automatic depalletiser up to 6,000 bph. Small footprint. Lifting of a complete layer of bottles by pneumatic membranes.
The gripping head is fastened to a double-column stainless steel structure, which performs a horizontal translation on railed guides. It deposits the bottle layer onto the depalletising table.

Pallet Wrapper Ecopal: Electric control panel. Manual or automatic operation. Indexed turntable stopping position. Turntable rotating speed controlled by inverter. Film tension adjusted by a mechanic clutch. Automatic control of the film-carriage.
Pallet Wrapper Durfopal: Same specifications of the Ecopal model, with following extra features: Electric control panel with micro-processors and digital pushbuttons. Working cycle with up/down with separate programming of the lower/upper turns. Film carriage with 100% power pre-stretch (1 m = 2 m). Recommended for daily usage on automatic lines.
