Transmission by alternate nylon and metal gears to reduce wear and noise.
Speeds ranging from semi-automatic 150bph to 400 and 700 bph fully automatic monobloc machines and up to 2,200 bph with separate decrowning and dosing / levelling machines.
LAFAL:
Roto Jolly riddling machines are available in a single cage machine and double cage machine. Both models are free standing. The double cage machine can be double stacked to form a 4 cage machine. The 2 top cages can be optioned with automatic open/close gate system. Control panel with pre-loaded programs and capacity for owners special programs. Control panel can operate up to 4 quad machines (8 cages). Extra heavy duty galvanised steel frame. Galvanised steel cages. Cages can be folded down for storage or transport.
DURFO:
Neck freezers are available in different sizes ranging from 40 to 180 bph in the fixed plate type and 400 to 800 bph in the rotary plate type. Manufactured in stainless steel and fitted with wheels.
